my mom used to teach yoga class and you definetly dont have to wear a sports bra you can wear any clothes you would wear if you go to the gym or if u go to work out
you can, it would be comfy. but i never have, because i dont have one and didnt want to buy one.
yoga is pretty low intensity, or what i mean, not so many rapid movements. so id say no, youll be fine without one.
glamorise sports bra
i didnt but if its more comfortable for you wear one
wear anything that makes u comfortable and that can stretch
