My breast size keeps changing dramatically, I went from a 34B to a 38 DD!! How do I know that the bra that I bought now may be too big or too small at the hospital? Should I pack my sports bra just in case?

I also was a 34B and went to a 38DD!! If you are planning on nursing, bring the 38DD and your sports bra! You are going to want support especially when the milk starts to really come in! There should be lactation specialists at the hospital and they will be able to help you determin what you will need in the near future.

Go to a maternity store and ask. My wife had the same problem and this was the best solution as they measure and give the best input for you, which you can take elsewhere and make the right decision on what to buy.

I went up a size even after I delivered (when engorgement set in). By one larger than your size and one that is your size before delivery. Keep them in the box so you can return one if need be.

Whatever size you are in now get one that is 2 sizes bigger.
For the first few days they will be quite a bit larger than normal.
After about a week or two you may need to get a smaller one. -

i started out 34 d and when iwa s 8 months i was 36 E! i stayed in that size and still am 4months post partum as a nursing mommy. im all boobs lol

i tried finding a guidline on when to buy and the best thing i could come across was a site that said the best time to bu8y and be fitted is right when you’re about due. your boobs will be about that size when you are breastfeeding but will only swell at first when your milk fully comes in.
i found that to be accurate. i bought my nursing bra a week before i had my daughter. my boobs were huge when my milk came in but it went down quickly and it has fit perfectly since.
