Need a DDD Sports Bra? This is What to Look For

Heather S. Dean asked:

When you are well endowed by your creator (or by a plastic surgeon) and like to exercise, you need to make sure your girls get plenty of support.  But finding DDD sports bras that not only fit well, but eliminate bounce and don’t give you the all dreaded uniboob can be tough.  I have found that shopping online is usually my best bet.  Here is what to look for.

Look for a bra that has real sizes.
I know from experience that the ones that come in small, medium, and large don’t work too well.  For us bustier women we need sports bras that have both band sizes and and cup sizes.  They just work better. One word of caution though, you will find that many sports bras run a little small, so if you are ordering online check out the customer comments so that you can get the right fit.

Go for the divide and conquer approach.
There are two basic ways that sports bras work.  The first is full compression.  The second is divide and conquer.  My preference for myself (and what works best for most busty women) is the second approach to excellent bounce control.  One of the added benefits of this method is that it generally also gives you better definition.

Look for materials that will hold you in.
With all of the high tech fabrics on the market today, there is no reason to have a sports bra that doesn’t control your girls.  Look for words in the description like “bounce control” and “side support panels” to see if the bra you are lookin at has these types of features.
