I don’t have big boobs, 36B- is it bad to wear a sports bra (not a super tight one) for breastfeeding? they”re soo much easier than nursing sports bra, baby is only 6 weeks, so we are still trying to get our milk supply all evened out.
because they do squish you down somewhat, i dont want to get blocked ducts

Whatever is most comfortable, as long as its not too tight. The only reason people wear nursing bras is because theyre easier with the drop down cups.

sure why not? I used a nursing bra only because it was easier but they do cost more because of the convenience.

Wear whatever is comfortable but make sure it is not too constricting because that will decrease your milk supply.

If you like the sport bra style try the bravado nursing sports bra, They are super comfy.
